Current sensor execution status

As of this revision, the controlled, live YouTube Data API sensor has not been executed. No real YouTube data has been retrieved, retained, or displayed.

Source/raw metadata

Raw, source-level metadata retrieved from the public YouTube Data API will be handled under the standard-policy refresh/delete model described below.

Titles, descriptions, and creator fields

Public titles, descriptions, and creator/channel-name fields will be treated as YouTube-provided data and will not be retained beyond the applicable 30-calendar-day window.

Public statistics

Public statistics (such as public view counts) will also be YouTube-provided data, subject to the same lifecycle controls.

DEB-derived metrics

Metrics DEB itself calculates from public data are labelled as DEB-derived metrics and are handled separately from the raw YouTube-provided data they were calculated from.

Standard-policy lifecycle controls

Under the current standard policy, Non-Authorized Data is refreshed via the API or deleted no later than the applicable 30-calendar-day window, rather than retained indefinitely.

Additional-policy pending state

DEB has not been approved for any additional analytics/derived-metrics retention policy. The current lifecycle state is additional_policy_pending.

Extended retention disabled

Extended retention (for example, any 36-month-style retention period sometimes associated with an approved additional policy) remains disabled. DEB does not assume or claim such approval has been granted.

Refresh/delete model

Non-Authorized Data is either refreshed via the API or deleted no later than the applicable 30-calendar-day window, consistent with the standard policy described above.
